If you would like to return or exchange one of our pieces, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchase something at full price from our online store and you are not 100% satisfied with your item you may return it for a full refund - not including shipping and applicable credit card fees - within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us via FedEx. Email us at email@example.com to receive an RA number. We will not accept packages without an RA number. In your return package please include your original receipt with a written reason for the return.
By using our pre-paid UPS label, you agree to have the return shipping fee of $15 USD (for returns made within the 48 contiguous states) deducted from your refund. Pre-paid UPS return labels are not issued for addresses outside the United States.
Your account will be credited in full less original shipping charges and applicable credit card fees within 5 business days of receiving the return. If we feel, for any reason that the request is not reasonable--if the item is damaged or has been used improperly--we will not accept the return.
All custom pieces are final sale. Any piece with customized engraving or sizing is final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for altered, custom, or sale items. No returns or exchanges after 7 days.
