All discount, sale items and sample items are final sale.

Due to the nature of our small business, where everything is hand made to order, we cannot offer refunds.

If you would like to exchange one of our pieces or return it for a store credit, please email us at info@norakogan.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us via USPS. Email us at info@norakogan.com to receive an RA number. We will not accept packages without an RA number. 

All custom pieces are final sale. Any piece with customized engraving or sizing is final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for altered, custom, or sale items. No exchanges after 14 days.
